Membership is open to individuals and groups associated with administering volunteer programs in the public sector. Members range across many levels of government, including city, county, state, and Federal, along with special districts, school districts, universities, and those supporting these programs. Premier membership for individuals focused on volunteer management in any government setting, including program directors, managers, coordinators, administrators, and officials.
While NAVPLG welcomes non-governmental volunteer engagement professionals, only individuals representing a governmental organization can vote in Association elections and business or serve on the Board of Directors.
Membership is transferable if paid by a government entity. Memberships paid by an individual are not transferable.
